Position: Financial Analyst - Entry Level

Location: Scottsdale (100% remote until Summer but may be extended beyond that. Onboarding will also be remote.)

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a successful real estate company located in Scottsdale who is looking for a driven Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. • Bachelor's degree (required) in Finance
• Finance internship experience highly preferred
• Strong desire to grow and learn

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis
• Conduct quantitative analyses affecting real estate investment programs
• Create financial models to provide decision support to senior management
• Involvement in strategic decision-making
• Prepare and analyze various metrics and key performance indicators
• Heavy focus on leasing performance, profitability metrics, renewing rents, etc.
