• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

What you will be doing in this Senior Financial Analyst role:

• Developing and providing monthly forecasts, tracking actual spending, and explaining significant budget variances for projects
• Performing month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Assembling and reviewing forecasting reports
• Helping to create and maintain company Profit and Loss statements
• Generating monthly performance metrics reports
• Communicating with the leadership team to identify, understand, and address opportunities
• Working closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes
• Analyzing and communicating internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
• Tracking monthly and quarterly performances through comparison of actuals versus expectations and enabling business partners to handle their resources
