Financial Analyst
Dallas, TX

Growing and collaborative finance team is looking for a Financial Analyst to join. Ideal candidates will have a background in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting and the desire to grow within the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in financial analyses to measure monthly financial performance, explain variances to budget and forecast along business trends
  • Underwrite properties and assist in valuations, reviewing data for errors and correcting when necessary
  • Complete analyses across portfolio including cash flow and collections
  • Explain corrections to property valuations both internally and to investors
  • Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends, market condition analysis
  • Assist with automations to the system in order to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
  • Identify areas for streamlining and process improvement
  • Present and explain findings to leadership

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of financial analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA is a plus
  • Advanced Excel required
  • Understanding of P&L, Financial Analysis and business trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing and growing environment
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
