Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for researching, analyzing and explaining monthly, quarterly and year to date financial results

  • Produces a variety of routine and ad hoc financial reports, packages and pro formas for senior management.

  • Researches and prepares reports, analyses and recommendations in areas such as standardized financial reporting and ad hoc projects with financial impact.

  • Assists with general leger chart field and system maintenance related to the team's standardized reporting.

  • Acts as a subject matter expert for profit and loss statement accounts, specific reports and projects. Uses aggregate data from multiple sources to create a complete analysis, improvements and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 2-4 years related experience, or combination of equivalent education and experience in accounting and finance.

  • Communication Skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports.

  • Reasoning Ability - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
