This large international publicly traded construction company in Phoenix is searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for managing the internal and external financial reporting processes and ensuring compliance with SEC requirements, guidelines and company policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of the 10K and 10Q filings in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, supporting schedules and MD&A.
  • Manage and prepare consolidated and subsidiary financial statements.
  • Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memos supporting the company's position on accounting treatment in accordance with US GAAP.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university (MBA preferred)
  • CPA preferred
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience with SEC reporting clients
  • 2+ years of industry experience with a publicly traded company
  • Finance/accounting management experience working in a multi-national company environment preferred
  • Strong technical accounting and research skills
