Do you have Financial Reporting/Consolidations experience?

Vaco is in search of a Financial Reporting Manager for a 6-9 month project.


  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements
  • Manage consolidations and intercompany transactions
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting decks for presentation to senior management
  • Assist with month/quarter/year end closing process
  • Manage a staff accountant


  • BS degree in accounting
  • 5-8 years of financial reporting experience
  • CPA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced level Excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
