Job Description


  • Review historical data, identify demand drivers, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results monthly.
  • Lead dialogue each month to insure cross-functional teams are aligned on ownership of action items needed to achieve sales and operational objectives.
  • Update the ERP - Epicor - to reflect current forecast demand needed to drive correct supply chain and production activity.
  • Utilize statistics models to determine product mix and maintain inventory targets
  • Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.
  • Establish and maintain process documentation for forecasting and modeling
  • Ad hoc reporting and other responsibilities as deemed necessary


  • Bachelor's Degree; Supply Chain, Data Science, Finance, or Statistics, preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecast modeling required.
  • Proficient in SQL, all Microsoft applications, and spreadsheet data analysis.
  • Epicor ERP System experience, a plus as is APICS or other forecasting certification.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, and presentation skills.
  • An understanding of how forecasts impact sales, supply chain, production and ultimately financial results.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a given.
