Job Description

We are hiring for a (100%) REMOTE Sales Executive for an International Banking Software Company that provides Global Digital Payment Services and a Mobile Device Management Payment Platform. They work with several of the major Central Banks and their Payment Solutions work in tandem with Global Financial Sectors. The team is looking for a Sales Executive who delivers results, knows how to prospect and sell to Banking organizations in the United States. You will develop expert, consultative knowledge of the banking software system solutions for prospective customers including Credit Unions, Commercial Banking Organizations and financial services organizations.

Day-to-Day:


  • Sell FinTech products and services, assess return-on-investment, maintain customers existing and prospective. Perform sales presentations to different audiences.
  • Pipeline future sales opportunities
  • Market assessments provide sales tracking and status report updates in addition to capabilities for each territory, customer segmentation.
  • Stay up to date on the latest in FinTech, regarding competitors, make recommendations on emerging technologies, customer needs and report to upper management

  • Requirements:


  • Experience selling and closing FinTech. Relationships with Banking, Financial Institutions and/or Credit Unions, ie: CUSO's
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales rep, multiple years of experience in FinTech and product knowledge regarding financial software products. Must have experience selling directly to banks, credit unions, and/or other relatable financial entities.
  • Knowledge and experience with relevant terminology and application in sale-cycle including but not limited to the entire spectrum of the Payment Chain, (ie: device, switches, merchants, acquiring software bank, card issuing, processing, clearing settlement for issue bank.), Instant Payment Chips & Cards, p2p, e-payments, etc.
  • Excellent customer service, ability to sell, sharp negotiation skills, ability to be open to feedback and adapt to different audiences
  • Hungry and highly motivated attitude, ability to handle objections and not be afraid to pick up the phone and cold call
  • Prior experience with sales and account management CRM tools ie: Salesforce, etc.
