Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Bachelor in Finance or Accounting required.
  • MBA/CPA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, decision support, and long-range planning.
  • 5-8 years of experience using financial software/databases to include Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Power BI, etc.
  • Advanced Excel required.
    • Experience creating models from scratch.
    • Experience using complex business processes and package/present financial data using detailed reports and charts to executives.
  • Develop dashboards and provide insights for key performance metrics.
  • This candidate will lead process improvement initiatives such as streamlining, automating, and improving the current processes that are in place.
  • Prepare reporting and financial analysis for executive management to drive efficiencies in month-end reporting.
