Job Description

The FP&A Manager will lead the creation and reporting of monthly performance, forecast, and annual operating plan. In this fast-paced and high-exposure role, you will have heavy interaction with C-Suite.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong business relationship with senior management to support achievement of strategic goals
  • Prepare and present monthly financial packages.
  • Prepare financial forecast with understanding of variances to prior periods, forecast and annual operating plan.
  • Evaluate opportunities for operating improvement and cost reductions.
  • Build KPI's and identify trends.
  • Refine existing models and develop new financial models to minimize risk of forecast/budget.
  • Develop and produce high quality analytics and presentation materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • Advanced technical skills (Excel, SQL, Access, PowerPoint) and ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
