Essential Functions

  • Manage financial statement analysis
  • Perform financial analysis around regional and operational budgets
  • Variance and trend analysis
  • Will assist in the company's M&A activities
  • Streamline and improve company's financial processes
  • Communicate and deliver results to leadership throughout the organization
  • Proactively maintain communication and transparency on analytics
  • Handle special projects and analytical requests from Executive Management
  • Develop information analytics / dashboards through data mining within the Company's ERP

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or related field required
  • CPA preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial and/or planning roles in a complex
  • Multi-location business required
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data warehousing/business intelligence preferred
