Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION Franchise Marketing takes lead responsibility for executing projects and initiatives that support the broader short and long-term marketing strategy. The Manager collaborates with franchisees, franchise partners as well as internal team members to support the goal of driving leads and growing revenues.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Converts brand strategies into innovative action plans to achieve marketing growth opportunities and executes new strategies to generate revenue
  • Manages resources, tasks, contracts, scope, and budgets for projects
  • Development of marketing collateral and programs
  • Understands digital marketing trends including SEO, PPC & retargeting
  • Manages roll out and execution of key programs to franchise system
  • In partnership with Operations, measure and report against plan outcomes
  • Assist in development and execution of social media marketing strategies
  • Work with Risk team on a variety of risk-related activities including: RDC check fraud, negative balance analysis, collections, ACH fraud, chargebacks, dispute resolution, fraud investigations and account / card compromise situations
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams

Required Technical Skills

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing - focus in franchising
  • Must have deposit risk management
  • Higher bank experience and deposit franchise banking
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
  • Displays the ability to translate brand strategy into effective program guidelines and action plans

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business or related field) required
