As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for fulfilling and tracking all Products, Sales and Marketing requests for samples, mock-ups and product renderings for the Sales and Marketing team and broker network. You will manage and distribute marketing administrative materials such as specification and pricing forms, Sales & Operation notes, product fact sheets, sell sheets and brand presentations. You will be responsible for responding to daily customer inquiries using database, email, telephone and/or written correspondence in a timely, accurately and efficient manner.

Other responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant role include:

  • Answer heavy volume phone calls, greet customers, distribute mail and packages

  • Use Excel spreadsheets to create/update reports

  • Must be detail-oriented and organized with a superb level of professionalism

  • Must be punctual and on time ready to work

  • Assist in scheduling/coordinating conference rooms and meetings

  • Maintain mailroom, including but not limited to, postage machine, all incoming/outgoing mail, and maintains supplies.

  • Maintain schedules and coordinate meetings, assist with special projects

  • Assist in preparing expense reports, order office supplies, and other duties

Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 to 12 months of previous experience in an office environment

  • Professional phone skills & appearance essential

  • Minimum High School education preferred

  • Must have proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite

  • Work well with all levels of management, staff, clients, and vendors

  • Exceptional verbal/communication skills
