Job Description

Vaco is currently in search of a sharp Front Desk Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for our Los Angeles office. This exciting position offers a variety of duties and requires an individual who is energetic, self-starting and has the ability to be self-managed. This person will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects. Must be comfortable interacting face to face with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities include:

-Working closely with our team
-Assist with day to day tasks, meeting and greeting clients and applicants
-Coordinating paperwork for interviewees, data entry and answering phones

Experience Required:

-Strong typing skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
-Professional, personable, friendly, flexible, multi-task, extremely organized
-Must be able to handle our environment and the many personalities and demands
-Meeting and greeting guests, coordinating paperwork for interviewees, performing data entry, and answering phones
-Provide administrative support to multiple divisions
-Excellent time & schedule management skills
-Good listener with strong verbal communication skills
-Willing to take direction and coaching
-Must be organized, resourceful, flexible and adhere to high standards
