  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software


Job Duties

  • Must be professional and comfortable interacting with executive level leaders
  • Answering all incoming phone calls
  • Distributing mail
  • Greeting all guests of the firm
  • Keeping conference rooms clean
  • Entering all PTO requests into company calendar
  • Setting up or confirming meetings in Outlook Calendar for all conference rooms
  • Sending out company wide emails on all employee's birthdays and anniversaries
  • Cleaning and restocking kitchen daily
  • Entering new employee information into the employee list on company intranet
  • Creating monthly internal calendar
  • Creating company monthly newsletter
  • Orders lunches, assists in set up/tear down of conference rooms, prepares coffee/tea, and schedules conference rooms.
  • Print new client welcome letter and enter all new client information into appropriate systems/databases
  • Marketing and other administrative tasks as assigned
