Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client that is looking for a contract Front Office Coordinator.

This is a contract role for now.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Answering incoming phone lines/transferring calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Keeping front office looking professional
  • Scheduling meeting rooms
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Other administrative projects as assigned
Our client is looking for someone with previous administrative experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, professional communication skills, professional appearance, and someone that can multi-task.
