Job Title: Full-stack Application Developer (Intermediate-level)

Job Responsibilities & Summary:

The Application Developer will work directly with the Business to gather requirements, design, and deliver a high-quality product. The Application Developer will work to identify process efficiencies by gaining a thorough understanding of the existing business processes and applying technology solutions to meet business requirements. The Application Developer will be required to troubleshoot application issues and work with end-users to determine root cause issues. A command of the English language and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are a must have for the Application Developer, as they will not only work closely with internal business teams, but with potential clients, vendors and consultants. The Application Developers truly work full-stack, performing their own requirements gathering, design/development, testing and deployment into production.

Required Skills and experience: *At least 2 years of hands-on experience with the following technologies:

  • Front-end development technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3,
  • Programming Languages: C#, T-SQL, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Razor
  • Framework: ASP.NET MVC, Razor ASP.NET, Entity Framework
    • Preferred Framework: Aurelia, Angular, Knockout, Kendo UI
  • Proficiency in relational database design (SQL Server)
  • Excellent organizational, communication (customer-centric), and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and meet critical and established deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team
  • Working within an Agile/Scum development environment
  • Bachler's Degree in Computer Science and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience with object-relational mapping (ORM), converting data between incompatible systems using object oriented programming languages, preferred
  • Experience working with SSRS & SSIS, preferred
  • Experience working within the financial services, real-estate or banking industries, preferred
  • Experience working with TFS for source control, build automation and task tracking, preferred
  • Experience working with workflow management systems, i.e. - K2, preferred
