Job Description

As a member of the Software Development team, Full Stack Developers are responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software applications according to business requirements. Developers are expected to follow team coding standards to write clean and concise code, and to work with QA to isolate and debug issues.

Position Description:

Full Stack Developers are responsible for creating clean, modular front ends on our internal ERP and platforms. We love clean code, testable code, documented code - you know, all the stuff that helps us sleep at night. Developers work on a team with other like-minded, forward-thinking devs, and we collaborate in-person, in meetings, and online via Discord. Developers may have experience with other frameworks and languages, but they will be expected to operate in React and Ruby on Rails.

Requirements

  • 3 years professional software development experience
  • 2 year professional experience with Javascript (preferrablly with React)
  • 2 years professional experience with Ruby on Rails (back end)
  • Professional API experience
  • Ability to write documented code that is usable in a team environment
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Experience with large dynamic web applications
  • Experience with continuous integration / deployment
