As a Customer Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately assisting our online customers/clients through their application online
  • Actively engage customers through outbound call efforts
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development
  • Comply with all state and federal laws governing the financial services industry
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Open to different backgrounds, call center backgrounds, customer service, retail, food service

Seeking individuals who are looking to grow with a nationally recognized company

Experience:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service related field

* Call center customer service experience a plus Other requirements:

* Flexibility with work shifts

* Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
