Position Title: Fund Accountant

Position Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: Central Phoenix

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 2 years accounting experience
• Real estate, private equity or fund accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using large ERP system

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements and general ledger
• Cash management
• Preparation of contribution and distribution calculations
• Preparation of quarterly management fee calculations
• Audit preparation
