Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform multiple reconciliations each month to ensure the integrity of the general ledger and accuracy of information
  • Post monthly entries and assist in month-end closing procedures
  • Serve as an accounting liaison between different departments and other staff
  • Participate in the development of financial analysis and ad hoc reporting
  • Assist in developing process improvements, system management, and special projects as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • 2-4+ years general ledger accounting experience, public accounting experience is preferred
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to learn new technologies
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and work independently as well as on a team
