Job Description

We are currently seeking a Global Payroll Manager in our downtown NYC office to manage the daily operations of global payroll for 750+ employees in 10 countries. Candidate will be responsible for making recommendations to improve process and establish the guidelines and procedures for operational excellence in payroll services. CPP is strongly preferred. ADP Workforce Now is REQUIRED! Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience using ADP Workforce NOW.


  • Manage reporting from ADP Workforce Now and ADP Streamline's 3rd party local payroll providers as it relates to management reports to include but not limited to gross payroll, tax deductions, benefit deductions and employee status change requests
  • Manage the disbursement of US and international payrolls, including salary, bonus, commissions, benefits and taxes to 750+ employees consistent with federal, state, and local county regulations.
  • International payroll locations include but not limited to Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, UK, Germany, Spain, France, Australia, Japan, Singapore
  • Ensure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations are completed accurately, timely, that is in regulatory compliance and follows internal procedures that is modeled after best practices
  • Lead, recommend and participate in projects to continually review and improve current processes
  • Manage and audit W-2s and yearly administration of payroll in preparation of the following calendar year
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with key clients, 3rd party providers, HR, Finance, Accounting, and others to resolve issues and drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Maintain communication with payroll service providers regarding software updates and new products available to be able to initiate the use of new features
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years global payroll experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar


  • ADP Workforce Now experience required
  • CPP designation preferred
  • ADP Streamline experience preferred
  • Must have understanding and strong knowledge of payroll
  • Strong knowledge of payroll related technology solutions
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency in MS Office products; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Expert excel skills (conditional/logical statements, data manipulation, vlookup, arrays, etc.)
  • Superior project management skills, experience leading a major system or integration implementation between HRIS systems
