This person would be taking inbound calls or making outbound calls to interested people to talk through supplemental Medicare options.

Job Description

The Health Insurance Specialist/Agent provides communication and service to customers who received direct mail marketing about supplemental Medicare programs. Some daily duties may include:

*Answering inbound calls to consult with customers on products offered to find the best solution for their situation
*Responding to questions related to coverage and annual charges
*Aiding customers with the overall enrollment process
*Making outbound contact to customers who responded to direct mail marketing
*Maintaining accurate data, completing logs and reports in a timely fashion
*Handling calls and contact in consistently polite and positive manner

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills (phone and in-person)
  • Positive attitude
  • Great work ethics
  • State Life & Health License (ANY state!)
