  • Train call center team
  • Healthcare call center leadership experience required
  • Bilingual in spanish preferred
  • Manage call center metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
  • Atleast 10 years of experience in a call center leadership in the healthcare space
  • Experience in an environment that is "Fee for Service"
  • High proficiency using CISCO call system
