Vaco Dallas, LLC is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst candidate for a full-time opportunity. Candidates must be able to pass a 7-year federal and county criminal background check and drug screen. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US, as our client is unable to sponsor at this time.

Work site Location: Dallas, TX

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Install all customer applications on baseline server templates, copying data and email, creating the migration plan with the customer, setting the timeline that meets the customers goals, identifying all moving pieces of the migration, replicating all of those moving pieces in the new environment, executing the migration, following the customer for 2-3 weeks to solve any post-migration punch list items.
  • Serve as a liaison for large accounts and escalation point for client relations. Stay on top of support requests and trends, intercept any abnormal trends or a point of frustration for the customer.
  • Escalate for all major and critical issues Personally take on any issue that isn't solved to the customers satisfaction. .
  • Work with any and all technicians and departments to accomplish the goals of the customer.
Technical Skills Requirements

  • TECH SKILLS- Typical Citrix Environment, including the following skill sets:
  • NetScaler
  • SAN - Storage Area Network
  • Terminal Server
  • MS Windows 2008 R2 / 2012 Server
  • VMware / Hyper-V
