Job Description

Our client lcoated in North Miami is seeking a long term contractor (to hire for the right candidate) for a level II help deske role. They are a rapidly growing privately held company. This is a great opportunity at a great people centric organization! They are the largest in their industry in the US. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and experience:


  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
  • Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
  • Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively to help the network fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
  • Experience in Computer Repairs and how to Troubleshoot Problems
  • Experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Great email and phone etiquette
  • Experience with office 365

Help Desk Job Duties

Including but not limited to the following

  • Responding to queries via, email, or phone, of ticket system
  • Training other staff members on troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
  • Writing, editing, and revising training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
  • Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Resolving problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnosing system errors and other issues
  • Following up with the network to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
