This individual will provide support over the phone using remote tools while also performing hands-on support and system deployment for users in the Roswell office. This person will also triage and route tickets while escalating important issues to other teams as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide phone and hands-on support to employees
  • Prioritize service requests and assign support tickets
  • Provide basic support for servers and AD
  • Provide support for both hardware and software

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a help desk capacity
  • Experience providing support for Windows OS and Microsoft Office products
  • Experience support desktops, laptops, tablets and phones
  • Experience with Active Directory including creating new users and managing accounts
  • Experience support MS Exchange
  • Basic experience with TCP/IP
