  • Knowledge of and experience with troubleshooting Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, including Windows updates and browser problems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, and 2016, as well as Office 365 and basic Microsoft Outlook functionality
  • Mobile device support (Android, iOS, and Windows Mobile)
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, including configuring network devices, such as printers and scanners
  • Previous use and knowledge of personal or corporate antivirus solutions
  • Familiarity with hard drive backups and cloud storage
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and domain environments
  • Familiarity with networking hardware and software, such as firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN, a plus
  • Mac experience a plus
