Experience:

  • Experience providing technical support to non-technical members of the organization
  • Working knowledge of office automation products.
  • Working knowledge in computer system, mobile devices and other tech products.
  • Experience Providing Excellent Customer Service.
  • Minimum 1 year in which job exposure or training was centered on Help Desk Support

Technical Skills:

  • Windows Operating system 7/10
  • Basic computer concepts, e.g. network connection, web application, browser, etc.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems

Responsibilities:

  • Installing software.
  • Run Windows operating system utilities.
  • Upgrading OS/systems/Applications
  • Connect and Disconnect Hardware.
  • Troubleshoot general Helpdesk support issues.
