Job Description

Support 15 offices across NJ, NY and PA.

Must haves:

  • 3rd party vendor relationship management experience.
  • Microsoft Great Plains experience is a must
  • Provide troubleshooting, Ticketing, Break fix services.
  • Work with users to provide help with printers, PC support, email, passwords etc
  • Provide asset management to the CFO. Track hardware provide guidance on purchases as they expand
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
  • Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors and the company.
  • Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  • Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
  • Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
