Job Description

VACO Technology currently has multiple needs for entry level help desk professionals for our prestigious client in Tempe, AZ.

As a Help Desk Level 1 Associate you will be responsible for taking incoming calls to assist internal clients with basic software, hardware, VOIP, networking and internet issues. This is a great opportunity for a recent technical school graduate with 1-3 years of experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for taking a minimum of 50 inbound calls daily from internal clients needing support with software and hardware issues
  • Troubleshoot, Repair & Maintain Computer Hardware, Software & Peripheral Devices
  • Aid in the maintenance of Wired & Wireless Networks devices onsite and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot, Repair & Maintain VoIP systems & sub-systems.
