Key Job Responsibilities

  • Managing lead and loan application pipeline, ensuring application quality, performance and loan quality standards are maintained
  • Stay current with and adheres to: loan origination policies, procedures, processes, State, federal and regulatory loan origination and licensing laws, rules and regulations
  • Strong understanding of product offering, rates/prices, product guides and underwriting parameters
  • Delivering excellent customer service and a consistent branded experience, for customers in the lead and application process
  • Serves as a SPOC (single point of contact) that offers concierge service to customers
  • Develops a good understanding of Call Center operations and technology with respect to customer connectivity to MLO team external/supplier
  • Stays informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years' mortgage experience (purchasing/refinancing experience preferred)
  • Experience in call center environments a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work under high pressure and fast paced environment
