As a Hr Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the HR department and overseeing all HR activities within the organization.

Additional responsibilities of the HR Manager include:

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
  • Preparing HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Answering employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Participating in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Job Requirements

Requirements of the Human Resources Administrator role include: • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
