As a Human Resources Assistant, you will support the company's daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.

Additional responsibilities of the HR Assistant include:

  • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc) and taking minutes
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Assisting recruiters to source candidates, and coordinating communication and scheduling interviews
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR manager and executives

Job Requirements

As an HR Assistant, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented with solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Specific qualifications for the role include: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good interpersonal and client-facing skills • Previous employee onboarding experience • 1+ years' experience as an HR Assistant
