Job Description

One of our clients in the Birmingham area is seeking an experienced, polished and professional individual to work in their Human Resources Department as an HR Assistant/ Coordinator. This person will assist the Human Resources Generalist in new hire paperwork, database management/ updates, employee issues, developing job descriptions, and assisting as needed in the department. Must have experience handling confidential information.



Experience Required:

Credentials:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in recruitment, labor relations, and information systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with database management and spreadsheets a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
