We are looking for an experienced HRBP to work closely with hiring managers to build teams, including design the talent acquisition strategy and manage the expectations of both hiring managers and candidates, to aligning business objectives with employees and management team and also to strategize, manage the external branding as well as internal communication, engage and motivate employees and aid in change of organization and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above required, Master's degree preferred

  • At least two years of HRBP experience in hi-tech industry.

  • Outstanding communication skills; excellent problem solving, project management and analytical skills

  • Great entrepreneurship spirit, business sense and "user first" mindset; high adaptability to the changing business environment

  • Hungry to learn, driven to work efficiently and deliver outstanding results

  • Detail oriented and able to cope with multiple ongoing tasks
