Job Description

  • Consult with business partners to resolve challenges and develop Business Support based solutions to business problems. Implement Business Support solutions while maintaining a strong focus on business acumen and wireless industry trends.
  • Facilitate communication among employees and management. May guide managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
  • Conduct (using established programs or proposing new programs) a leadership development series for identified management staff members (Directors, Managers, ICs) to enhance skills such as providing feedback or recognition, dealing with change, coaching, setting goals, etc.
  • Consult with employees and managers to address issues and develop solutions that will advance Company's business objectives.
  • Provide appropriate management/employee counseling while maintaining the needs of the organization and addressing employee-management issues and concerns.
  • Lead employee relations resolutions and investigations pertaining to issues such as harassment allegations, disciplinary actions and employee grievances.
  • Objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult performance issues by acting as a neutral advocate.
