As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will support the company's daily HR activities and coordinate HR policies, processes, and relevant documents.

Additional responsibilities of the HR Coordinator include:

  • Coordinating HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys, etc) and taking minutes
  • Assisting in payroll preparation
  • Assisting recruiters to source candidates, and coordinating communication and scheduling interviews
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR manager and executives

Job Requirements

As an HR Coordinator, your experience with staffing, payroll, compensation, benefits, safety, and retention strategies will be crucial for this position.

Additional requirement of the Human Resources Coordinator role include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Human Resources Assistant
• PHR/SPHR certification, preferred
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
