As a Human Resources

Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing salaries, bonuses, and compensation plans. This will require research, data manipulation, and extensive Excel work. The client is open to considering analytical thinkers from finance or other backgrounds that want to pivot into the HR field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Human Resource, Finance, Accounting or other related field
  • 2+ years of working experience, internship experience will be considered
  • Superior communication skills with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and think critically
