Job Description

HR Coordinator (short-term contract $22/hr.)


  • Individual contributor responsible for day to day administrative and system tasks in HR. Responsible for assisting with various HR activities (i.e. new hire, transfer, promotion, and termination administrative activities.)
  • Will assist with Org Chart updates and reconciliation, reporting, system file clean-up, job description creation, position code clean-up and creation as well as writing and documenting SOPs.
  • Will work in Microsoft Office suite and must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Will report to HR Strategy Manager.


  • 1-3 years' experience in HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Visio and Excel.
