HR Coordinator (contract-to-hire)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day to day administrative and system tasks in HR. Sourcing and intake calls and coordinating with Senior Recruiters & Managers.
  • Assisting with various HR activities (i.e. new hire, transfer, promotion, and termination administrative activities, calendars.)
  • Will assist with Org Chart updates and reconciliation, reporting, system file clean-up, job description creation, position code clean-up and creation as well as writing and documenting SOPs.
  • Will work in Microsoft Office suite and must maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience. Customer service, administrative and/or recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in Visio and Excel.
