Job Description

Summary/Objective

The Human Resource Coordinator will handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties and act as the liaison between the HR Director and managers/employees ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all inquiries. The Human Resource Coordinator will support daily HR activities and will be able to ensure the HR department is organized and operates to support both managers and employees. The Human Resource Coordinator will work autonomously and assist with duties such as onboarding, maintaining employee files, and processing terminations.

Experience /Qualification

  • One to three years' experience in the human resource field.
  • PC literacy (MS Office).
  • Familiarity with ATS software and payroll systems.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field preferred.
