Start Date: July 11th

Work Hours: part-time 4-5 hours per day. Monday - Friday. Flexible on start time

Duration: 3-4 months

Project Description/Job Duties:

  • Admin related duties such as: employment verifications, submitting ads on indeed, background checks, on boarding calls.
  • Work closely with HR on all payroll relate issues
  • Process payroll
  • Handle wage garnishments
  • Enter salary adjustments, bonuses, PTO, sick pay and other payroll related data in preparation for payroll processing

Software/Technical Skills: ADP workforce & Excel

Environment/Soft Skills: comfortable interacting with new hires on avg 1-2 per week to go over employee handbook

Dress Code: Business Casual

Top Requirements: ADP payroll experience & Payroll background.
