Job Description

Are you a Human Resources or Payroll professional looking for your next career move then apply today! The HR/Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with processing and updating semi-monthly payroll using ADP. Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the payroll team with the accurate and timely processing and distribution of payroll
  • Review, analyze, process, and ensure payroll is accurate
  • Answers employee or manager questions as they relate to payroll and timekeeping
  • Maintains the confidentiality standards of payroll operations
  • Help with Excel spreadsheet reconciliation
  • Process reports and other documentation as necessary to support timely and accurate payment of deductions
  • Ability to assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed; recruiting and onboarding new hires

Job Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and/or human resources
  • Experience in ADP preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dependable and Team Player
