Job Description

VACO Atlanta has a great opportunity for someone interested in taking the next step in their HR/Recruiting career! We are working with a client in the Duluth area that is looking to hire an HR Coordinator / Recruiting Admin immediately! The ideal candidate would be someone with experience supporting both HR and Recruiting activities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR director with benefit consolidation and open enrollment
  • Work with field employee to answer questions regarding benefit elections, and enrollment process as well as basic benefit issues
  • Work with members of the HR team and benefit broker during annual Open Enrollment educational sessions, monitor enrollment statuses, and assist with ensuring new hire notification of the enrollment period in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate benefit enrollment period for new hires and employees with status changes.
  • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices and provides changes needed.
  • Follow up to make sure all vendor changes are entered in correctly
  • Assist with recruiting admin support
  • Editing job descriptions, job ad posting, sourcing, screening, reviewing resumes via career sites, social media marketing and recruiting, working with hiring managers to set up interviews
  • Scheduling candidate interviews and calendar management

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have a mix of HR coordination and recruiting/sourcing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • 2 plus years working in an office environment
  • Some College coursework preferred
