As an HR Representative, you will administer human resources policies and procedures, and process paperwork for the respective functional areas according to established procedures.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Administering and explaining benefits to employees, serving as liaison between third party administrators and employees
  • Participating in development and execution of onboarding and orientation programs and procedures for new employees
  • Research and track federal, state, and city compliance issues; assist with implementation as required
  • Assist as a fact finder for response to personnel disputes

Job Requirements

As an HR Representative, you must have proven team leadership skills, including strong coaching and mentoring abilities. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with solid creative, analytical and problem-solving skills. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Specific qualifications for the role include: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good interpersonal and client-facing skills • 2 years of applicable HR experience required
