An entertainment company is looking for an HR Specialist to assist with recruiting, employee relations, benefits and HR compliance. This is a hybird position, so being in the office part time is required. Looking for a strong HR Generalist that has been in a stand-alone position.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Heavy full-cycle recruiting experience
- At least four years of generalist experience
- Manage all employee relations, open enrollment, benefits, compensation, and policy and procedures
- Be able to administer HR policies
- Be able to assist the HR Director with any HR related issues
- Organized, be able to meet deadlines, and demonstrate leadership skills
