Job Description

We are currently seeking an HRIS Administrator for an immediate need on a contract basis. Position is a contract role for 4-6 weeks. Candidate must have ADP Workforce Now HRIS experience.
  • The HRIS Administrator will support both the US and Canada markets with regard to all transactional HR life cycle activities utilising the global HRIS (Success Factors).
  • They will support the implementation of the global HRIS by providing strong administrative and system administrative support to ensure it is embedded well and that there are high levels of user adoption.
  • The role will be responsible for providing due diligence around HR processes to ensure activities are only 'confirmed' in system once all relevant checks and balances have occurred, including any necessary supporting evidence or authorisations.
  • The HRIS Administrator will liaise with all relevant internal stakeholders including all members of the HR teams in both markets, Finance, Payroll, as well as the wider business (end user) when required.
  • The role will provide key support to the HRIS Manager and the two market HRD's to provide HR administration as per their direction and ensure that business processing deadlines (eg payroll) are achieved.
  • Developing strong relationships and collaborative working with internal and external stakeholders is a key part of the role.
  • The HRIS Administrator will become a systems expert and will be required to support other system users and support the upskilling of key internal stakeholders on the system.
  • The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for documenting and maintaining current HR processes.
