Our client is seeking an HRIS Administrator that will be responsible for managing all data changes in the company's system, managing the company's payroll & benefits, and managing terminations. This person should be very analytics, possess a continuous improvement and problem-solving mind set, and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Skills and abilities consistent with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 4-5 years of applicable HR experience
  • A strong systems, data analysis, accounting, or payroll background
  • Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Quick thinker, problem solving skills
  • Certified Payroll Practicioner designation or PHR certification is a plus
  • Benefits experience is preferred
