The System Analyst Workday HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the supporting the region within Workday. The position will be an integral part of the HRIS team and the conduit between the HRIS team and the IT department team members and the Community of Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, create and maintain a variety of complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies
Design reports to answer relevant business questions and communicate key HR metrics to stakeholders in an easy to understand dashboard format
Partner with stakeholders (internal/external to HR) to understand new report/data requirements and ensures results meet the business needs within Workday
Work with HR COEs to review and assist in preparing business cases tied to new metrics and report development to support programs
Design and manage reporting and analytical projects.
Lead optimization of reporting performance and keep reports tuned
Create and maintain report catalog to enable end users to get needed reports from Workday
Educate and promote self-service reporting functionality with end users by utilizing various communication and training methodologies
Actively participate in Workday Community by contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc.
Maintain proper change management documentation to satisfy the company's internal/external audit controls
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related area
3+ years HR data analyst experience, including the ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements
Proficiently in Workday HCM report writing and experience creating dashboards in Workday required
Workday Report Writer and Calculated Field proficiency preferred
Ability to create BIRT and Studio transformation reports preferred but not required
Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts)
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
Demonstrated experience in problem-solving
Expertise in HCM or another Workday Module is beneficial
